We offer two type's of Investigations:

Scientific investigation: We come in using equipment to prove or disprove a haunting. We come in with such things as EMF Meter, Camcorders, camera's, Digital recorders. We will inspect your whole property to try to find a reason for what is going on.  We will not cleanse, nor help you deal with the spirits, this investigation is soley based on scientific proof..

 Spiritual Investigation: The only difference been the Spiritual Investigation and  Scientific methods of approaching an investigation, is that we will do a cleansing using such things as Sage and Sea Salt.

What Investigation consists of

 When you request an investigation by email or phone, you will be sent some documents that we will ask you to fill out, you can do this either by mail, email or phone. All investigations are places on our database and you are given an account number. We will not share any of your information with anybody outside the MidNite Walkers team, unless you give us permission to do so. Your investigation will not be placed on the website unless you state it's ok.

 After you fill out the paper work we will set up a day to meet. It's ok to meet in a public area before going out to your home. We recommend doing this first for both of our benfits, you don't know us, we don't know you. You can always say No, we have this right also if we do not feel comfortable. During this meeting we will go over the papers you had filled out. During this time you can tell us any demands you would like during investigation. Your welcome to come along with us while we investigate your home, but we do ask that you limit the amount of people, as the more people that is there the harder it is to get evidence.  If at anytime you have any questions your welcome to ask. 

 Before starting investigation we will walk around your home, property to do inspection of the location. We will also be doing base readings in area's. Base reading is for EMF, themometer, we record the readings to see there are any changes during the investigation. 

We do set up a quiet time during investigation, during this time we will be trying for evp's, and we will ask that everyone but the person asking questions stay silent. You may ask questions yourself during this time, but we do ask that one person at a time talk. Please No Whispering, when we are trying for EVP's.

After we are done with the investigation if you have spiritual investigation we will cleanse your home using either sage or sea salt. This will not get rid of spirits, it helps rid your home of negative energy.  We can also explain how you will be able to do this yourself if you would like us too. We will also explain other things you can use. If you choose a scientic investigation this will be when you see us do our closing cermony and then head home.  

Few days after the investigation, we may meet with you in person, by email or phone to let you know the results. How this is to be done will be up to you.  

Even if MidNite Walkers doesn't find any evidence during an investigation, you will not hear us say your home is not haunted. As we can only be in your home for just couple hours there no way we can say or not say your home is haunted.
