• Never Judge a Person for their method of approaching an investigation
• Never Judge a person due to their believes.
• Experiments must be done with your own evidence
• Experiments can not be aimed at any person or group
• Experiments must be easy to understand.
  
• If someone asks for help, you must  help to best of your ablities.
• If your not able to help you must help find that person help.
• No Smoking while during experiments, unless smoking is part of the experiment.
• No Alcohol or Drug use while doing experiments, unless it's part of the experiment.
• No vandalizing
• No Trespassing
• Keep a Journal when doing experiments.
• Never go out into the field alone, always let someone know were you are.
• Use of Ouija Board are not premitted
• Must not charge to help someone
• Mustnot charge for others to view or use experiments
  

Above Protocols Must be followed to remain a member of MidNite Walkers.

Investigation Protocols may different with the group you are with.

If you are doing an investigation with or Repersenting MidNite Walkers, the Investigation Protocols must be followed.

Investigations (Field) Protocols

• No Smoking while on investigations, you will be allowed smoke breaks, Smoking will be done were it won't interfere with photos. If a photo does get taken were someone is smoking it will be Noted.
•  No Alcohol or Drugs before or while an investigation is going on. 
• No Perfume, Cologne or any strong smell will be allowed during an investigation. This is so that they are not confused to unusual scents that we may come across.
• 
  
• No Trespassing, Respect all no trespassing signs and always ask permission before entering.
• 
  
• Always have identification with at all times; if police or someone comes by they will know who you are.
• 
  

While taking a Picture 

• Always make sure all straps on the camera is taken off or wrapped around your wrist, this is to keep strap from getting into picture and confused as Vortex
• 
  
• keep hair tied back so that it will not get into picture.
• 
  
• keep camera lenses clean, Good Idea to clean lenses each time you get them out.
• 
  
• Try to avoid taking pictures were there is a light source or direct sunlight, Never take picture of windows. If you are trying to catch an image in a window take note that is what you are doing.
•   
• avoid taking picture while its rain, snow, fog, hail, or when windy, dusty. These can cause false anomalies.
• 
  
• Always hold your breath while taking a picture in cold weather, so not to cause false anomalies.
• 
  
• Always ask for permission before taking pictures from Spirits, and say prayer to keep you safe during an investigation. At end of investigation ask spirits to stay.
• 
  
• When going into an investigation, never go in and start taking pictures right away. Let the Spirits get use to you being there.
• 
  
• Make sure when getting film developed, they develop all pictures even those they think are no good. They might not develop a picture with orbs or ecto thinking some was wrong with the picture.
• 
  
• Always keep negatives, so you can check for scratches, if anomalies are on negatives and picture then its confirmed that it is there.
• 
  
• Never go off by yourself during an investigation. Always inform someone were you are at all times.
• 
  
• Take Notes during investigation of Feelings, sightings, temp. Or anything out of the ordinary, also write down times that this all happens.
• 
  
• Make sure when taking EVPs never whisper always talk clear and loud so not to confuse your voice for a ghost.
• 
  
• Make sure have plenty of fresh batteries
• 
  
• Never vandalize, always have respect, always clean up after yourself. Make it look like you were never there.
• 
  
• Never go on an investigation alone. Its always best to have 3 or more people.
• 
  
• No horseplay on an investigation.
• 
  
• If you have problem with team member handle it away from investigation.
• 
  
• Always have positive attitude during an investigation.
