Paranormal Investigator and founder of MidNite Walkers Ghost Hunters - Melodie Powell founded MidNite Walkers Ghost Hunters in 2002 after doing 6 years of research of life after death. Melodie does not claim to be an expert or a professional ghost Hunter but she does claim that she will help anyone that wants help with a haunting best she can.

Melodie grew up in a known haunted house in Central Minnesota. Wanting to learn and understand more of what she had experienced growing up. She read articles and books on spirits, and the afterlife. After doing research Melodie wanted to join a paranormal investigation group, to gather evidence and learn as much as possible on spirits and haunting's. But after searching for a local group she realized there were no groups in the area. So Melodie went on to form her own group. After talking with friends Rick and Matt, the threesome decided to partake in their ghostly studies together.The next step was to name the group, which came easy for Melodie as she began to visualize spirits walking around after midnight. And so the name “MidNite Walkers” was born! Since MidNite Walkers Ghost Hunters was founded Melodie, Rick and Matt have come to learn much more then they could have ever imagined about spirits and haunting's, and still have much to learn. It is a never-ending learning process to try and discover the secrets of ghosts, spirits and the afterlife.

MidNite Walkers hopes to help people who do not understand why they are experiencing what they are. They are also there to share with others, the information they have found to not only help prove there is live after death, but also to help put their client's minds at ease and help them to understand the things they are experiencing by teaching them how to coexist in peace with things that may go bump in the night. MidNite Walkers is a-not for profit-organization and they continue to conduct their studies and investigations throughout the South Central Missouri, North Central Arkansas And Central Minnesota area's, which is very rich in haunting's and ghostly history.
