Ghost Hunting alone

have had alot of people come to me and state i go ghost hunting by myself all the time.

You should never go alone. There is alot that can happen while going ghost hunting. It's not the ghost you need to fear. There may be holes in the ground, Triping over a stone, or anything. Or even having a run in with people all can be dangerous.

Even going ghost hunting as a group you should tell someone were you are going.

I suggest that if you want to go ghost hunting to join up with a local ghost hunting group.

also cleanse and found it useful.

One thing when going into a place and getting scared is like you said spirits feed on energy. But also so do us living. If you have someone in your group that is scaried out of there witts then most likely you or someone in your group with get some of that off that person.

When you have someone that really scared it's best just to call it off. Or stop what you are doing and go to a safe place to have everyone calm down. The person that did got really scared you should would ask him/her to call it off for the night.

This doesn't mean that the person won't be able to go into that or any cemetery again and not handle it. Some times things can scare witts out of all of us

Keep in mind, if you do plan on hunting somewhere in the dark... go there ahead of time in the day so you can get to know the surroundings. It also helps to get a good idea of where you want to go and where you might want to stear clear from. This could give you an idea of who or what lives there. Reguardless, personal protection is always key... yes yes... some people say that carrying a weapon is bad, but it's the condom theory, "Better to have one and not need it, than need it and not have one." I prefer a knife set nicely in my leather pouch at my side, it's small, easilly concealed and easilly opened in a bind. However, most people here know that I have a wide variety of weapons, and certain circumstances demand certain amounts of disgression.
To sum it up... be prepared and know your surroundings.

I don't recommend anyone taking guns or weapons on investigations.. We been on many and yet had any problems.

Fully understandable Mel... but I was a boyscout... always be prepared. And besides, to paraphrase the book Virus, "You can never be too rich, too tan, or too well armed." lol

I always carry a knife with me on investigations to private residences, businesses and just out in cemeteries.. ya never know whose house you're going to enter... they may be an Axe-wielding maniac.. better to have a knife to throw at their heads while yer running away from them...
