First part you do see tail lights off in a distance when he gets the police car turned around. It just got of camera view. Behind the fence to me i looks like may of been loose enough that he drove right over it and it popped back up again, i have seen this done and if you hadn't of seen it you would wonder how they got on the other side. If you look at the top left side the fence looks rugged. Also the video isn't very good and due to the headlights of the police car you can't really make out the fence to say he didn't just drive over it. With quality of this film, light pollution you could hide anything in it and say it's something.

I was wondering if he went under it and they just didn't realize it was not hooked down well or if you could go around it.

They could of done anything, you can only see little bit of the fence and even that is hard to see due to the headlights and quality of the film.

the poles for those fences are cemented down but that is weired they should have done some investigating they are cops

there not allways cemented down, it depends if they put money out to do it, but that wouldn't really have much to do with car driving over. If chain link is loose at the top it will bend down allowing vehicle to drive over then pop back up. Or not attached to the poles at all. Depend on how well it was put together, also impact of the car could of broken it free from the pole which allowed it to bend.
Or simple one would be that there is a gap in the fence that you can't see in the video.

If cops had not lost sight of them they may have been able to figure it out LOL. But yeah I also thought about gap in fence.

We really don't know weither they did or not really if you think about it. That is all they show in the clip. They very well could have stoped and got out and figured out how they did it and just not shared it on the tape LOL.

we are putting up a fence like that in our yard right now we cemented corner poles and tons of stuff but ya i have no clue
