Need help with eerie scream in video

I have a video that I would like to post and get opinions on, but am having trouble getting it to post. If anyone is interested in viewing the video, please let me know. I currently have it posted on my FB page, trying to get some opinions as to what it is. This has been bothering me so much for the last two days, the scream in the video is so chilling and I just don't have an explanation for it. A friend on FB also brought to my attention, a womans face in the video, that I had failed to notice. Would love some input, thanks!
